Toyota Lebanon BUMC and Pierre Adem Motors – Okaibi Branch Lead Community Cleanup Initiative in Support of Sustainable Development Goals
In line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those related to environmental sustainability, responsible communities, and climate action, Toyota Lebanon BUMC, the only authorized distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Lebanon, in collaboration with Pierre Adem Motors – Okaibi Branch, organized a neighborhood and highway cleanup campaign on Saturday during the June Cleaning Day initiative.

The environmental activity brought together employees and volunteers who dedicated their time and efforts to cleaning local roads and sections of the highway, contributing to a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment for the community.
The initiative reflects Toyota Lebanon BUMC’s ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility and environmental stewardship, while reinforcing the importance of collective action in preserving public spaces and promoting environmental awareness.
The event was honored by the presence of Engineer Ruba Bouaz, Member of the Okaibi Municipal Council and Head of the Environment Committee as well as the Engineering and Development Committee.
During her visit, Engineer Ruba Bouaz praised the initiative and the dedication of the participating teams, highlighting the positive impact such activities have on the local environment and community. She also acknowledged the important role played by Toyota Lebanon BUMC, the sole authorized distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Lebanon, in supporting sustainable development and environmental responsibility across the country. Through community-driven initiatives and corporate social responsibility programs, Toyota Lebanon BUMC continues to demonstrate its commitment to creating positive social and environmental impact, while fostering partnerships with local authorities, businesses, and residents to build cleaner, safer, and more sustainable communities throughout Lebanon.
