Inspired by Toyota Gazoo Racing’s World Rally Championship experience, the GR Yaris engine was developed through extensive testing under extreme conditions to deliver exceptional responsiveness, increased power, and improved torque while maintaining Toyota’s renowned reliability.

EXTERIOR
FEATURES
The GR Yaris features a functional design developed for performance in demanding motorsport conditions. Its lightweight lower grille improves cooling efficiency, while the divided front bumper allows easier replacement in the event of damage. Every element of the exterior has been refined to perform under the harsh conditions of competitive racing.
Front design
We looked for ways to increase air intake in order to win at motorsports. We looked to increase cooling performance of the engine, brakes, and automatic transmission during high loads.
Rear design:
The GR Yaris features a unique rear design that integrates the tail lamps into a single linear lamp assembly. The lower section of the bumper has also improved for better aerodynamic management.
A steel mesh lower grille
The grille is thin, lightweight, and strong. Flexes without breaking when struck by stones or tire debris, allowing the driver to keep going, and it offers improved cooling efficiency.

GR full-color TFT gauge display
The GR Yaris features a full-color TFT gauge display developed specifically for GR vehicles. Inspired by race car instrumentation and refined with feedback from professional drivers, the layout prioritizes visibility and essential performance data. The tachometer and key gauges are positioned prominently in the upper display area, while additional information such as engine coolant temperature can be monitored to support performance driving.
GR Interior Package
The GR Yaris interior is designed with pure driver focus in mind. Supportive sport seats, a GR-branded leather steering wheel, aluminum pedals, and a driver-oriented digital display create an environment inspired by rally performance. Sporty stitching and performance-focused details deliver an authentic Gazoo Racing atmosphere while maintaining everyday comfort.
Interior Features
The GR Yaris combines performance with modern convenience, featuring a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, an 8-inch touchscreen display, and a premium 8-speaker JBL sound system. Connectivity features include Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, while a head-up display and rear camera enhance driving focus and practicality.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0
The GR Yaris is equipped with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, an advanced suite of driver-assistance technologies designed to enhance safety and driver awareness. Key features include the Pre-Collision System, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Departure Alert, Lane Tracing Assist, Road Sign Assist, and Automatic High Beam.
SRS Airbag
The GR Yaris is equipped with a comprehensive SRS airbag system, including driver and passenger airbags, as well as front side and curtain airbags. These systems provide enhanced protection for occupants and added peace of mind on every journey.
Blind Spot Monitor
The Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) helps enhance driver awareness by detecting vehicles in adjacent lanes and alerting the driver during lane changes or in heavy traffic conditions.

* The SRS airbags are supplemental devices to be used with the seatbelts. The driver and all passengers in the vehicle must wear their seatbelts properly at all times. Never install a rear-facing CRS (Child Restraint System) on the front passenger’s seat. For a forward-facing CRS, it is recommended you use it in the rear seats. Please do not use accessories for the seats which cover the parts where the SRS side airbags should inflate. Such accessories may prevent the SRS side airbags from activating correctly, causing serious injury. The photo shows all the SRS airbags activated for display purposes only (the SRS side and curtain shield airbags only inflate on the side of the collision in an actual accident). For details on these and other important safety features, be sure to read the Owner’s Manual carefully.
