The TOYOTA WAY puts a big emphasis on customer satisfaction, and the contribution of all its personnel, to fulfill this strategic goal.<br /><br />On April 2005, three of BUMC employees were awarded this honorable prize, as an acknowledgment of their exceptional performance in customer satisfaction. The Awards were given as follows:&nbsp;<br />Mr. Georges Gergi for the Sales Department / Accounting section&nbsp;<br />Mr. Ibrahim Chafii for the Parts Department&nbsp;<br />Mr. Marwan Boustany for the Service Department&nbsp;<br /><br />The main purpose for this Award is to encourage the staff to achieve better results, by providing a first class customer service.<br /><br />
