As part of its Employee Motivation and Recognition Program, BUMC the exclusive Toyota &amp; Lexus distributor in Lebanon, awarded three of its employees during a lunch held at Al-Amine Restaurant, in recognition of their exceptional performance in Customer Satisfaction.<br /><br />The lunch gathered all BUMC staff in a convivial atmosphere, where they all toasted to a prosperous future.&nbsp;<br /><br />BUMC implements this program on an ongoing basis to motivate and encourage its staff to achieve even better results.<br /><br />It is to be noted that J.D Powers and Associates, the leading international car research company, granted Toyota &amp; Lexus its highest Award for Customer Satisfaction.
