BUMC Staff Holiday Party & Announcement of Employee of the Year
In appreciation for the excellent performance and hard work of the entire BUMC family - the top management held a Staff Holiday Party on December 19, 2015. <br /><br />The party included a seated lunch catered by BouBouffe complete with two shawarma stands of chicken and beef. <br /><br />During the event, two staff members were announced as ‘Employee of the Year’ as voted by the entire BUMC family. Mrs. Silvana Mattar, Assistant Head of the Quality Assurance and Customer Satisfaction department earned the distinction as her colleagues noted her teamwork spirit, high work ethics and flexibility. <br /><br />Mr. Jihad Lakkis, General Service Manager, also received the ‘Employee of the Year’ award as he was commended for his expertise and leadership within the Service department. The decision of 'Employee of the Year' was a difficult one because many deserved to be recognized for their decision and efforts in 2015. Yet the combined efforts of many great people make BUMC what it is today – a company with high quality standards, ethics, and excellent service. <br /><br />The Award Ceremony was followed by a BUMC Talent Show where staff members were invited to take part in a singing contest judged by a panel of their colleagues. <br /><br />Overall, the party was a special occasion to celebrate the achievements of the BUMC family. <br />
